Does the person need to install anything or create an account?
No. They open the link in their phone's browser, take the photos and they're done. No account or app needed.
What if the photo comes out badly?
We warn them right away if it's blurry, has glare or is cut off, and they can retake it up to five times per document.
Does the person see whether their document is valid?
By default, they only see that you've received it. You can let them see the result if it helps, for example so they can replace an expired document.
How much does it cost?
Each analyzed document uses its usual credits. Creating and sending links costs nothing extra.
