1. Summary
- The
constaia.comwebsite uses no third-party, advertising or tracking cookies. - The website only sets a first-party functional cookie (
constaia_market) if you manually change market or language with the selector. - Website analytics, when enabled, are aggregate and cookieless (Plausible self-hosted on our infrastructure).
- The
app.constaia.comdashboard uses a strictly necessary session cookie and stores some preferences in the browser's local storage. - That is why we show no consent banner: the cookies and storage we use are exempt (Art. 22(2) LSSI-CE).
2. What cookies and local storage are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. Local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) is a similar mechanism that stays in your browser and is not sent to the server with every request. The law treats both in the same way.

None of these is used to track you across sites or for advertising.
To show you the right market, the website derives your country from your IP address using a local database (DB-IP Lite, CC BY 4.0 licence) on our own server, without storing the IP for this purpose and without involving third parties.
4. Cookieless analytics
If analytics are enabled, we use Plausible Analytics self-hosted on our own infrastructure in the EU. It sets no cookies and uses no local storage, collects no personally identifiable data and only provides aggregate statistics (page views, referrer, country, device). The data is not shared with third parties.
5. Legal basis
The cookies and storage above are necessary to provide the service you request or to remember preferences you choose, so they are exempt from the consent requirement under Art. 22(2) LSSI-CE. If we ever use cookies that require consent, we will ask for it before setting them and update this policy.
6. How to delete or block them
You can delete or block cookies and local storage from your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
If you block constaia_session, you will not be able to sign in to the dashboard. The API with keys does not use cookies.
