No copies by default
The file is deleted as soon as the analysis ends. The GDPR asks you to keep only the data you need, and a copy of an ID card is rarely one of them.
Privacy
Check the document without keeping it.
By default we do not keep any copy. And if you need to keep something, you can store an anonymised version, hide sensitive data and delete everything when someone asks.
Anonymised copies
If you need proof, keep an image with the number, the machine readable zone, the signature and the photo pixelated.
Masked data
Store only part of the document number, for example 12****78Z.
Right to erasure
Delete everything related to a person in one go, or export their data if they ask for it.

Nothing
The default option. You get the result and the file disappears.
A few hours
The file is deleted automatically once the time you choose has passed, up to 30 days.

For those who need an archive, always encrypted and with deletion per person.
Retention per template and per account
Set how many days results are kept across your whole account or just for one template. After that period they are deleted without you having to do anything.
- Minimum dataFrom a medical certificate we extract whether the person is fit, the date and the doctor. Never diagnoses.
- Hosted in the EU, with a sovereign profileServers and stored data in the EU. If you need it, the sovereign profile runs the analysis with European providers only.
- No biometricsWe do not use facial recognition or store biometric features.

What does Constaia see of my documents?
Only what it needs to analyse them. With the default option, the file is deleted as soon as we finish and no copy remains.
How do I handle an erasure request?
If you tag analyses with your own user identifier, you can delete everything for that person in one go, or export it if they exercise their right of access.
Can I keep the anonymised copy even if I delete the original?
Yes. That is exactly what it is for: keeping proof without the sensitive data.
