How it works

  1. You choose what you need

    For example, an ID card (front and back) and a medical certificate less than a year old. You can start from a template.

  2. You share the link

    By email, WhatsApp or as a QR code at a front desk. It expires when you decide: from 1 hour to 30 days.

  3. The person uploads their documents

    Step by step, from their phone and without creating an account.

  4. You get the result

    Each document with its verdict and its data, grouped in a dossier. We notify you by email or in your system.

Frequently asked questions

Does the person have to install anything or create an account?

No. They open the link in their phone's browser, take the photos and they are done. No account or app needed.

What if the photo comes out badly?

We warn them straight away if it is blurry, has glare or is cut off, and they can retake it up to five times per document.

Can the person see whether their document is valid?

By default they only see that you have received it. You can let them see the result if it suits you, for example so they can replace an expired document.

How much does it cost?

Each document analysed uses its usual credits. Creating and sending links costs nothing extra.
