Can I add a document I analysed earlier?
Yes. You can upload the file or point to a previous analysis in your account.
What does “incomplete” mean?
That a required document is still missing. As soon as it arrives, the status is updated.
Does it cost anything extra?
No. You pay the credits for each document analysed. The cross-checks are included.
