2. Purpose
This notice governs access to and use of the website. Contracting and using the Constaia service (API, dashboard and related tools) is also governed by the Terms of service. Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
3. Terms of use
3.1. Access to the website is free and requires no registration, except to use the dashboard and the API.
3.2. You agree to use the website lawfully, without harming its operation, attempting unauthorised access or introducing malicious code.
3.3. Add On Dev Solutions S.L. may change the website, its content and this notice at any time. The version in force is the one published, with the update date shown.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
4.1. The website content (texts, documentation, design, logos, the Constaia brand and source code not released under an open licence) belongs to Add On Dev Solutions S.L. or to third parties who have authorised its use.
4.2. You may read the documentation and copy the example code snippets to integrate the service. Any other reproduction, distribution or transformation requires prior written permission.
4.3. Some components are released as open-source software (for example, the @constaia/validators package under the MIT licence). In those cases the licence accompanying each component applies.
4.4. Constaia is a brand of Add On Dev Solutions S.L.
5. Liability
5.1. Add On Dev Solutions S.L. strives to keep the website information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is error-free or that the website will be available without interruption.
5.2. The information on the website, including the technical documentation, is general in nature and does not constitute legal advice.
5.3. The website may contain links to third-party sites. Add On Dev Solutions S.L. does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content. If it becomes actually aware that a link leads to unlawful content, it will remove it diligently (Art. 17 LSSI-CE).
5.4. Add On Dev Solutions S.L. is not liable for damage arising from users' improper use of the website.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
6.1. This notice is governed by Spanish law.
6.2. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Huelva, unless applicable law (in particular consumer law) mandatorily provides for a different venue.
