How credits are counted
- 1 credit per analysis of up to 2 pages. An ID card, both sides, is 1 credit.
- +1 credit for every 2 extra pages.
- classify (classification only) costs 0.2 credits.
- We do not charge for failures on our side or for documents rejected for quality before OCR.
- Human review (coming soon): available for an extra fee per document.

An honest comparison with alternatives
We don't sell the same thing: OCR and extraction APIs charge per page and return fields, and KYC vendors verify people with biometrics. Constaia charges per document and returns a verdict with reasons. Here are the public prices.

FAQ
Do free credits expire?
The 150 free credits renew every month and don't roll over. Prepaid packs expire 12 months after purchase.
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card through Stripe Checkout, in US dollars. Sales tax is added where applicable, and you get the invoice automatically.
Do I pay for test mode?
No. ck_test_ keys don't use credits.
What happens if I run out of credits?
The API returns 402 insufficient_credits, and we warn you beforehand by email and via webhook (credits.low). You can set a monthly spending cap.
Do you offer volume or enterprise pricing?
Yes. The Enterprise plan includes a contract, SLA, custom DPA and annual invoicing. Get in touch.
